Living Portraits Nomination Form

Nomination form deadline is Midnight January 20, 2016.  Nominations received AFTER the deadline WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED - NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

The NCNW –Denver Section “Living Portraits of African-American Women” is a program hosted in conjunction with the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library.  Each nominee must make an outstanding contribution in various fields such as business, government, television, art, literature, volunteerism, community service, church or school.

 

The winners (4 adults and 2 youth) will be recognized in a reception/program to be held at the Downtown Denver Public Library on Saturday, March 26, 2016, 1:30 – 3:30 PM.  Please note that the nominee is not restricted to the above fields.

The Denver Section of the National Council of Negro Women and the Blair-Caldwell African-American Research Library honor the outstanding contributions of African-American Women. Submit your nomination for a "Living Portrait" on the form below.
